1. There seems to be extra space at the top and bottom of my printed page(s). Why?    Answer: Some browsers have settings related to print headers/footers turned on. In Firefox this may be found in the area on the right side of a Ctrl-P (Print) dialogue. Look to the bottom right of the print screen and ensure "Print Header/Footer" is not selected.
